Beer Cheese

Ingredients

1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 lb Swiss cheese, shredded

1 large clove garlic mashed

1 tablespoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce

1 cup beer

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Store in a covered jar and serve with crackers.
